Terms of Service
1. Service Provider

(hereinafter: the "Service Provider")
2. The Service
2.1. The Service Provider operates the online service available at connectors.hu (the "Service"). The Service is a unified access point to a set of Hungarian and international business systems (NAV Online Invoice, Billingo, Szamlazz.hu, MiniCRM, UNAS, fal.ai, Wise and additional connectors). The Service exposes the functionality of these external systems to the User's AI agent (for example Claude Code) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
2.2. The Service is available as a public beta from May 2026. During the beta period the Service is provided free of charge. Use of the Service requires registration and acceptance of these Terms.
2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid plans, add new connectors, or modify or discontinue existing features. Pricing terms will be published separately in writing; when paid plans are introduced, these Terms will be updated and the User will be notified in advance.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
3.1. The agreement is concluded between the User and the Service Provider when the User completes registration on connectors.hu, confirms their email address and explicitly accepts these Terms. The agreement is for an indefinite term and is concluded upon the Service Provider's confirmation.
3.2. The Service is accessed via registration and a dedicated API key (format: cnk_...). The User must not share their API key with third parties and is responsible for its safekeeping.
3.3. Only natural persons over the age of 16 with full legal capacity, or duly represented legal entities, may use the Service.
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. The User may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in support of their own business activity. The following are prohibited:
- any use that violates third-party rights,
- any use contrary to law, public policy or good morals,
- any use that places an unreasonable load on the Service or on the connected external systems (NAV, Billingo, etc.),
- automated use that circumvents published rate limits,
- any attempt to bypass the security controls of the Service.
4.2. The User is responsible for actions triggered by their own AI agent through the Service, including in particular: invoice issuance via Billingo, data queries to NAV, or modifications to CRM partner records. Automated actions performed by the AI agent are carried out in the User's name and at the User's responsibility.
4.3. The User acknowledges that the Service is purely a technical interface. The connected external systems (NAV Online Invoice, Billingo, etc.) are available under their own providers' terms of service, which the User must accept separately.
5. Service Provider Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Service Provider strives for continuous, error-free availability of the Service, but does not commit to a service level (SLA) during the beta period. Planned maintenance is announced in advance, where possible, on the Service status page or via email.
5.2. The Service Provider may unilaterally modify the Service, its components, pricing, the Terms and the Privacy Policy. Any change is communicated by email and via a notice on the website at least 15 days before it takes effect. The change becomes effective on the date stated; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
5.3. The Service Provider may discontinue the Service in whole or in part. Such discontinuation is announced at least 30 days in advance, during which the User is given the opportunity to export their data.
6. Liability
6.1. During the beta period the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims liability for any damage arising from:
- unavailability of the Service or the connected external systems,
- incorrect instructions issued by the User's AI agent,
- inadequate handling of authentication credentials by the User (e.g. API key leakage),
- errors at the providers of the connected external systems (NAV, Billingo, MiniCRM, etc.).
6.2. The Service Provider's liability is in any case capped at the amount of service fees actually paid by the User for the calendar month in question. During the free beta this cap is zero; this limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for which the Service Provider remains liable to the extent prescribed by law.
6.3. The User bears liability for damages arising from their own data, and for unauthorized or erroneous actions triggered by the User through the connected systems.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The connectors.hu domain, the source code, related documentation, graphical assets and textual content are protected by copyright. The Service Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7.2. Certain open-source components of the Service are licensed under their own terms. The public source-code parts are available at the Service Provider's GitHub organisation: https://github.com/Szotasz.
7.3. Data processed by the User through the Service and content created in the connected systems remain the property of the User.
8. Termination
8.1. The User may terminate the agreement at any time, without justification, by sending a written notice to szabolcs@aiamindennapokban.hu. The account is deleted with effect from termination.
8.2. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach (including in particular: unlawful use, breach of security rules, abusive load on connected external systems) and may suspend the User's access.
8.3. Following termination, the Service Provider deletes the User's personal data and credentials within 30 days, except for data that must be retained by law (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not liable for events outside its sphere of control that were not reasonably foreseeable, including in particular: extended outages of connected external services (NAV, Supabase, etc.), interruption of internet connectivity, regulatory measures.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
10.2. The parties endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation.
10.3. Users who qualify as consumers may turn to the competent Hungarian Conciliation Board; the directory is available at https://www.bekeltetes.hu. Use of the conciliation procedure is not a prerequisite for court proceedings.
10.4. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts for any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected; the invalid provision is replaced by the closest valid rule consistent with its purpose.
11.2. Notices to the User are sent to the email address provided at registration. The User must keep this contact information up to date.
11.3. The handling of personal data is described in the Service Provider's Privacy Policy (/en/privacy), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
